The Team @ zyntroPICS have evolved with the digital production tools and distribution platforms - ranging from Features to mobile video - we focus on story-driven content that includes seamless Brand integration, delivering value-added Content to audiences/communities and the best bang-for-the-buck to Brands and advertisers.
We tilt toward Content that is aimed at demographics outside of the current, core-internet television consumer (i.e. we rarely target Male 14-29). There are a lot of other folks working that Space. We work in the universe outside of that Core, where Story is essential. Current Channels in Beta pre-launch are: horizoncast.com (50+, targeting over 1/3 of the US population) and familytravel.tv (the name says it all); along with 'tween series and unique one-off branded entertainment productions.
zyntroPICS have a deep background in internet video services and production for a range of advertising, business and entertainment applications -- before YouTube existed, we provided encoding and embed codes to Clients to feature video on their web sites - back when it was labor intensive and required the physical shipping of tapes.
That experience began the early work in "content shaping" for short-form, "leaning-forward" filmed entertainment consumption which incorporated the strategy for managing the ratio of the Cost of Production to ad-driven revenue. This allowed zyntroPICS to position itself as the producing and writing team behind the first internet "soap," Series, which we licensed for day-and-date prime-time Broadcast (re-shaped for a :30); which is a genre that has evolved as the primary episodic formula for internet television.
